Services We Provide
Rae-Tech Fire Investigations is based in western Canada but we travel anywhere in the world. Our clients are mostly insurance companies, corporations and private parties. Our staff and associates have experience as insurance adjusters, law enforcement investigators and insurance company Special Investigators. We provide the following services to our clients:
Fire Cause and Origin Investigation
We provide experienced, scientific investigations, including structure, vehicle, heavy equipment, large trucks, marine and forest fire investigations. We also investigate gas and oil well explosions and fires.
Forensic Vehicle Examination
We provide forensic examinations of vehicles that have been involved in fires, traffic accidents or which have been a crime scene. We also provide secure storage for vehicles before, during and after their examination. We have associates that are experts in accidental reconstruction.
Special Investigations
We offer special Investigations including insurance fraud, sudden death, life insurance claims and criminal investigations. With a wide variety of overlapping experience including major crimes investigations, our staff and associates can provide any type of investigation in a timely manner. Our affiliations with the
International Association of Special Investigation Units and the
International Police Association provide us with worldwide contacts. We also have associates that are experts in statement analysis. Our associates are functional in Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
Training
We offer training sessions tailored specifically for the needs of our clients. Training modules consist of fire cause and origin, vehicle arson fires, scene preservation and spoliation of evidence, crime scene processing, and reducing the costs of fire claims. Our clients for training session are fire departments, police forces and insurance companies.
